Employees in certain grades with a strong technical or programming background, particularly in positions like technical architect, will be chosen for the program through assessment by a panel. Participants who are qualified must have received a high-performance evaluation in the past two years and finished both the Gen AI Foundation and Gen AI Advanced classes. It is preferable to have skills in deep learning and natural language processing (NLP). The program integrates traditional training with online learning modules.
