Kore.ai, a leading provider of conversational and generative AI, has signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Microsoft to help spur AI use within companies worldwide. The partnership integrates Kore.ai’s powerful AI agent with Microsoft’s strong cloud and AI platform, permitting companies to use AI at a pace, scale and level of safety never seen before. At the reimagine 2025 event in Orlando, Florida, the partnership made its debut, signaling a commitment to changing the way enterprises work with intelligent automation.
The no-code and pro-code capabilities of the Kore.ai platform will integrate easily with Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This approach means businesses can use AI agents within Microsoft tools, helping staff work and collaborate better. This means that Microsoft 365’s Chat Copilot uses Kore.ai AI tools for Work, providing search options and specific agents for employees in HR, IT and recruiting profiles. Agents from Kore.ai also communicate directly with Copilot Studio agents, meaning everyone can use this advanced AI ecosystem from Teams or Copilot Chat.
