A new strategic partnership between PwC, Microsoft, and Icertis was formally unveiled. It will provide C-suites a potent, cutting-edge AI-driven approach to contract management that fosters accelerated enterprise-level digital transformation.
 
The new partnership strengthens Microsoft's connections with PwC and Icertis, which already exist. It offers a platform for contract intelligence that enables C-suites to extract crucial business insights from data contained in contracts and utilise those insights to automate entire business operations. As a result, C-suites will experience considerable cost savings, decreased revenue leakage, increased transparency, and enhanced visibility into the fulfilment of ESG commitments.
 
In the past, contract administration may frequently be a time-consuming and fragmented process that resulted in data that was compartmentalised and inaccessible. To help businesses better manage the current economic environment, including inflation and supply chain interruptions, AI offers a solution that digitises the contractual process from the point of contract generation to the point at which the contract's goal is realised.
